What to expect: A relaxing day to play golf, a full day or networking, photo-op Awith AAPI Celebrities, enjoy the live entertainment, and delicious country club buffet. A full country club treatment!
FAQs
- What's the minimum number of players that can play? 144 players
- How many players in a team? 4 players in a team
- How many teams can play? As many people who want to play.
- What time can the vendor set up on the golf course? 5:30 AM *This is when the club staff comes in.
- Why this early? The club will lend us the golf carts to go around 18 holes to place the sponsor's signage i.e. This hole is sponsored by: _____ (Sponsored holes) It's up to us (volunteers or sponsor's people) to place their signages. The volunteers will hop on the cart and set up their signages.
- What time is the vendor tear down on the golf course? As soon as the last team has played that hole.
- What time is the vendor set up inside the club? 6:30 AM First come first serve on the spot
- What time is the tear down inside the club? No sooner than 8 PM
- What time is the tee time? 8 AM
- Can we bring in outside drinks or drink vendors? There is a Beverage set-up fee of $300. The club staff will assist with set up and replenish the drinks and spread them out throughout the course for parch players.
- Parking: There will be no club members in the club and taking up the parking spots.
This is a private event. There are plenty of parking spaces. 3 levels. - Food: Brunch (Box lunch) as people may want to eat while playing, they would be in the middle of the playing the course. The golf cart will bring the boxed lunch to the players at the course and Banquet (buffet) will be served an hour after the last team has played and people have freshened up.
- Awards: will be given and presented by the sponsors.
- Swag bags: Contents provided by vendors and sponsors.
- Golf clubs for rent? BYOC - Bring your own clubs. The exclusive country club is privately owned and not open to the public. Members of the club usually have their own clubs.
- Media: By registering for the event, you are releasing your rights and authorizing the TAYO Legacy Foundation and its organizers of having your photo, audio and video published on social media, network news channel and any on any online or printed publications.
IN ADDITION:
- The club needs a head count of number of players and for the banquet at least 1 week before the event.
Registration ends June 16, 2025. - We have the whole club to ourselves the WHOLE ENTIRE DAY! We can have at least a dozen of vendors and still have plenty of room for more! Enjoy this exclusive club as you were a club member!
- Awesome killer views of downtown LA and the mountains. Very relaxing. So take the day off and enjoy!
- Over 70 brand new golf carts equipped with GPS.
- Because this event is happening on Monday morning and some people may not be able to join us., we are extending the event to guests who can arrive after 5pm to network and enjoy the banquet for a reduced rate.
