DPSS offers various Homeless Programs and Services designed to assist families and individuals who are homeless or at-risk of becoming homeless. To be assessed for any of the Homeless Programs and Services we offer, you must first be eligible for one of our cash/financial assistance programs. To apply for one of our cash/financial assistance programs, applications can be submitted online, in person at one of our DPSS District Offices, or by mail.
