What's the minimum number of players that can play? 144 players
How many players in a team? 4 players in a team
How many teams can play? As many people who want to play.
What time can the exhibitors set up on the golf course? 6:00 AM - early birds get to choose which spot is best for them
Why this early? The club will lend us the golf carts to go around 18 holes to place the sponsor's signage i.e. This hole is sponsored by: _____ (Sponsored holes) It's up to us (volunteers or sponsor's people) to place their signages. The volunteers will hop on the cart and set up their signages.
What time is the vendor tear down on the golf course? During dinner
What time is the tee time? 7:00 AM
Can we bring in outside drinks or drink vendors? Please contact us for arrangement
Parking: There will be no club members in the club and taking up the parking spots. This is a private event. There are plenty of parking spaces. 3 levels.
Food: Brunch (Box lunch) as people may want to eat while playing, they would be in the middle of the playing the course. The volunteers on the golf cart will bring the boxed lunch to the players at the course and dinner will be served an hour after the last team has played and people have freshened up.
Awards: will be given and presented by the sponsors. Swag bags: Estimated to be valued over $200. Golf clubs for rent?
BYOC - Bring your own clubs. The exclusive country club is privately owned and not open to the public. Members of the club usually have their own clubs.
Media: By registering for the event, you are releasing your rights and authorizing the TAYO Legacy Foundation and its organizers of having your photo, audio and video published on social media, network news channel and any on any online or printed publications.
