TAYO Member Agreement & Release

Please read and understand the following responsibilities and legal consents before submitting your application.

Responsibilities and Expectations

As an active member of the TAYO Legacy Foundation, you are expected to:

• Mission Adherence: Represent the Foundation positively and uphold the mission of empowering the Low to Middle Income (LMI) Community in all actions and communications.
• Reliability & Communication: Fulfill all accepted duties and communicate proactively and promptly with your team leader or supervisor if commitments cannot be met or if there are conflicts.
• Team Collaboration: Work constructively and respectfully with all TAYO members, partners, and community members, fostering an inclusive environment.
• Financial Stewardship (If applicable): Handle any assigned funds, supplies, or resources responsibly and report expenses accurately and on time.
• Required Participation: Attend scheduled team or organizational meetings pertinent to your role or project, particularly if you are in an Officer, Board, or compensated role.

Legal Consent & Release

By submitting this application, I confirm that I have read and agree to the following terms:

• Media Release: I consent to have my image or likeness to be used on print, photo, video, or digital media (including social media, website, and promotional materials) for promotional and non-profit purposes by TAYO Legacy Foundation without further compensation.
• Liability Release: I agree to and hereby execute a full release of liability against TAYO Legacy Foundation, its officers, staff, and volunteers for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur to my person or property while participating in any and all TAYO-produced or affiliated events and activities.
