The Philippines is facing an unprecedented, multi-layered humanitarian crisis. Beginning with a devastating typhoon and compounded by a powerful, deadly earthquake on September 30, 2025, entire communities have been shattered, leaving countless families displaced, injured, and in immediate danger.
This is a compounded disaster that demands an urgent, all-hands-on-deck response.

The simultaneous impact of widespread flooding, powerful winds, and structural damage from the earthquake has resulted in:

• Mass Displacement: Thousands of families have been forced from their damaged or destroyed homes and are sheltering in evacuation centers or makeshift camps.
• Critical Infrastructure Failure: Essential services like electricity, clean water supply, communications, and road networks have been severely compromised, hindering rescue and relief efforts.
• Overwhelmed Health Systems: Hospitals and local clinics are stretched beyond capacity, struggling to treat the injured and those with pre-existing conditions.
  
  

The Need is Immediate. Our neighbors in the Philippines are resilient, but they cannot face this overwhelming dual disaster alone. We are launching this urgent relief drive to provide immediate, life-saving aid to the hardest-hit provinces.

Every contribution, large or small, goes directly to funding crucial relief items and recovery efforts:

• Emergency Shelter: Tents, tarpaulins, sleeping mats, and blankets for displaced families.
• Clean Water & Sanitation: Water purification tablets, bottled water, and hygiene kits (soap, toothbrushes, basic medical supplies) to prevent the spread of disease.

Category 1: Survival & Shelter - (Lightweight/Compact)
These items address the immediate need for protection from the elements, especially for displaced families.

• Emergency Shelter: Heavy-Duty Tarpaulins (compactly rolled), ropes, and tie-downs.
• Sleeping Gear: Thermal/Emergency Foil Blankets, lightweight fleece blankets, and sleeping mats.
• Lighting/Power: Solar-Powered Lamps/Lanterns (must check lithium-ion battery restrictions), Hand-Crank Flashlights, and small, high-capacity power banks (again, check battery rules).
• Communication: Battery- or Hand-Crank Radios (NOAA or shortwave for receiving alerts).

Category 2: Health & Hygiene (Essential Kits)
Hygiene and medical supplies are crucial for preventing the spread of waterborne diseases in the aftermath of a typhoon and earthquake.

• Water Purification: Water Filtration Devices (straws/bottles/portable pump units), Water Purification Tablets/Drops (small, lightweight).
• Basic Hygiene Kits:  New toothbrushes, toothpaste, small bars of soap, hand sanitizer, feminine hygiene products, and disposable surgical/dust masks (N95).
• First Aid & Injury Gauze, bandages, medical tape, antiseptic wipes, antibiotic cream, and over-the-counter pain relievers (like ibuprofen).
• Infant Care Diapers (disposable), baby wipes, and infant formula (powdered, non-liquid).

Category 3: Logistics & Tools
Simple, multi-functional tools are necessary for clearing debris and setting up temporary shelter.

• Utility:  Multi-tools (like Swiss Army knives or pliers/wrenches, securely packaged), work gloves, and duct tape.
• Documents:  Waterproof/Ziploc Bags to protect important family documents.​

Category 3: Bulk Food & Household GoodsSea shipping is the most cost-effective method for moving non-perishable food and essential household items in large quantities.

• Non-Perishable FoodRice, Canned Goods (fish, meat, vegetables, fruits), powdered milk, sugar, cooking oil, and packaged high-energy foods.
