I. Outreach & Program Development
Position
Primary Responsibilities
Community Outreach Coordinator
Responsible for reaching out to underserved communities, organizing local events, and facilitating external partnerships to promote the organization's services and attract clients.
Cultural Liaison
Helps maintain cultural sensitivity and understanding across all initiatives, ensuring that programs and services are appropriate and respectful to diverse backgrounds.
Senior Program Director
Reviews applicable state and local regulated programs, registers the Foundation for implementation, and trains/strategizes program execution with the Program Director II and Program Administrator.
Program Director II
Works with the Senior Program Director for complete program implementation and coordinates with the Webmaster II for adding program details to the website.
Program Administrator
Works directly with the Program Director and Program Advisors to manage program logistics and conduct training for Program Advisors.
Program Advisor
Meets with clients to discuss their needs, explain available programs, and help them determine the best resources to address their situation.

Food Distribution Volunteer
Assists in organizing, packing, and distributing food supplies at pantry sites and during mobile delivery events, addressing local food insecurity.
